Biography
Tiffany Watkins Ahern brings over 25 years of experience in government policy, strategic communications, crisis management, stakeholder relations, and leadership coaching. A dynamic and results-driven leader, she is recognised for her ability to build and guide high-performing teams while serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives across sectors.
In her current role as Senior Director at Penta, a global consultancy offering communications, public affairs, government relations, brand positioning, and data-driven insights, Watkins Ahern advises clients in the financial services, fintech, energy, and healthcare industries.
Her extensive career spans both the public and private sectors, where she has held notable leadership roles. Watkins Ahern served as Senior Business Operations Manager at WarDucks, an AR/VR gaming studio, and as Director of the Washington, DC Office for Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker. She was Northeast Regional Political Director for the Republican National Committee, overseeing a 12-state region, and Director of Government Affairs for the Puerto Rico Federal Affairs Administration (PRFAA).
She also served as Deputy Campaign Manager and CFO for the Rubio for Senate Campaign, Chief of Staff to the Assistant Secretary of Congressional Affairs at the US Department of Education, and as Deputy Associate Director of Public Liaison at the White House.
She began her career at Merrill Lynch, where she developed comprehensive financial analyses and implemented technology solutions for International Emerging Markets and Global Derivatives teams. Later, as a Marketing Strategy Analyst at the Peppers and Rogers Group, Watkins Ahern led benchmarking studies, developed strategic materials, and designed comprehensive communications plans for corporate clients.
Watkins Ahern holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s in Legal Studies from Washington University St. Louis School of Law.
