Biography
Sathya Mandjiny is a Senior Director at Penta, where she leads the firm’s External Affairs team and oversees outreach to senior policymakers across the legislative and executive branches in both the United States and the European Union. She is responsible for building and maintaining Penta’s network of policymakers and public sector leaders, integrating their perspectives into the firm’s primary research to assess the effectiveness of policy discussions and inform those working closely with government.
Prior to joining Penta, Sathya led government affairs at the Groundwork Collaborative. She previously served as Political Director for U.S. Senator Ed Markey, managing relationships with more than 150 elected officials, and at MassEquality, where she designed and executed statewide legislative advocacy campaigns.
She holds a Master of Social Work from Boston College and a Bachelor of Arts in Global and South Asian Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
