Sarah Henshaw

Sarah is a Senior Director at Penta, where she leads enterprise-wide planning and coordination across technology, infrastructure, and operational programmes. She provides the critical operational discipline required to ensure that the innovative roadmap for Penta's advanced data analytics platform and AI-native technology reliably delivers superior, data-driven outcomes for our clients.

Prior to joining Penta, Sarah spent more than 20 years as a technology delivery management consultant, leading complex technology programs for clients in finance, commodities and UK government. Based in London, Sarah holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Nottingham and professional qualifications in project management.
