Ronald Chan is a Senior Director at Penta, where he leads the primary research function across Europe and Asia. He helps clients access the data and insights needed for evidence-based decisions in complex, stakeholder-driven environments.

Having worked on contentious political campaigns before joining Penta, Ronald brings a clear understanding of the political, regulatory and media landscapes that shape corporate perception. He specialises in advising multinational organisations across three continents, turning research into actionable intelligence that supports strategic decision-making, strengthens reputation and helps executive teams anticipate emerging issues.

Ronald holds a BA in Diplomacy and World Affairs from Occidental College and an MSc in International Politics from SOAS, University of London, where he focused on religion and political resistance.
