Biography
Casey Foss is Chief Growth Officer at Penta, where she leads the firm’s global go-to-market strategy, brand narrative, and commercial architecture. She focuses on translating Penta’s integrated platform—combining data, AI, advisory, and strategic communications—into differentiated market positioning, deeper client relationships, and sustained organic growth.
Casey brings more than 25 years of experience building and scaling professional services organizations. Prior to joining Penta, she spent nearly two decades at West Monroe, where she played a central role in shaping the firm’s growth strategy and commercial platform during a period of more than 25× revenue growth. During that time, she led corporate strategy, brand and marketing, partnerships, inside sales, and the development of the firm’s proprietary AI-enabled asset portfolio.
She also serves as an Operating Advisor to Tercera, supporting growth strategy and go-to-market development for high-growth services companies, and currently serves on the board of Girls on the Run Chicago.
Based in Chicago, Casey partners closely with Penta’s leadership team to translate insight into action and build the systems that enable sustained growth. She earned a Master's from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism and a bachelor’s degree from Boston University.
