Brendan Conley

Brendan is a Senior Director at Penta where he brings more than seven years of experience on Capitol Hill and on multiple nationally-covered political campaigns to provide strategy and insight for Fortune 500 companies and business leaders.

With an extensive background in media relations, public policy messaging, and crisis communications, Brendan has advised lawmakers in the halls of Congress and candidates on the campaign trail to navigate the toughest and most dynamic issues of the day. Prior to joining Penta, Brendan worked for U.S. Senator Joni Ernst (R-Iowa) as her communications director for her 2020 re-election campaign and in her congressional office as her communications director for state media. Before that, Brendan served as communications director for Rep. Bruce Poliquin (R-Maine).

A Maryland native, Brendan studied public relations with a minor in political science at the University of South Carolina’s School of Journalism and Mass Communications. He lives in Washington, D.C. with his wife Carrie.
