Alison Owen

Alison is a relationship director at Penta where she serves as a key point of contact from onboarding onwards to overseeing service quality and ensuring clients have the best experience of working with Penta. In her current role, she specializes in working with clients that operate in the financial and professional services sectors, which has allowed her to build a base of operational knowledge about the regulatory environments these firms are operating in and the reputational risks and opportunities they are currently facing.

Prior to joining alva, Alison had a long career in account management, which has allowed her to develop a strong skillset in relationship building, both in terms of external stakeholders and collaborative working relationships internally. Alison’s background in the fast-paced world of newspapers gave her a keen appreciation of the priorities and challenges of communications professionals.
