Adam Weiss

Adam Weiss is a Partner at Penta with more than twenty years of experience helping global companies and associations navigate complexity, scrutiny, and change. He advises senior leaders on stakeholder and civil society engagement, reputation resilience, and strategic positioning in reputation-sensitive environments.

Before joining Penta, Adam founded FIO360, a corporate affairs advisory firm acquired by the company in 2025. He counseled executives across sectors including technology, energy, media, infrastructure, and consumer products, providing strategy on regulated product launches, workforce challenges, reputational positioning, and navigating legislative and regulatory landscapes.

Earlier in his career, Adam held senior roles at a leading media and entertainment company, on political campaigns, and with national associations. That work gave him firsthand experience in shaping public sentiment, building coalitions, and executing disciplined stakeholder strategies — a foundation that continues to inform his counsel today. 

A New York native, Adam has degree in political science from Union College and lives in Washington, D.C. with his wife and their two daughters.
