Penta Group Names Matt Castaldo Chief People Officer

WASHINGTON, D.C., December 15, 2025 — Penta, the world’s first comprehensive stakeholder solutions firm, today announced that Matt Castaldo has joined the company as Chief People Officer. Castaldo will lead Penta’s global people strategy, with a focus on building talent, enhancing training, and supporting the firm’s continued growth across its U.S. and international offices.

Castaldo brings more than two decades of experience leading people, operations, and organizational development functions at high-growth global companies. He most recently served as Chief People Officer and Chief Operating Officer at ExecOnline, following his tenure as Chief Human Resources Officer at McDermott Will & Emery, and over 15 years at CEB (now part of Gartner).

Across these roles, Castaldo has focused on building high-performing teams and solving complex business challenges through talent development, organizational alignment, and culture stewardship.
