Situation

The Foundation wanted to mark this milestone with a global campaign to highlight all the positivity that perserveres. Only by imagining a better world will we be able to create it.

Penta created campaign ideas, ultimately building upon the inspiration of the Golden Record to ask for submissions from people everywhere to share what gives them hope for the next 100 years. We developed a campaign name, website, social strategy, and an animated video.

Our approach

With the Boldly Go Campaign, we built upon the inspiration of the Golden Record, asking for submissions from people everywhere to share what gives them hope for the next 100 years. 

Penta developed the campaign concept, website, social strategy, and video content, and worked alongside the Foundation to amplify the campaign. 

Impact

The submissions were combined into a piece of digital artwork that was engraved on a flock of Planet satellites and launched into space via SpaceX, representing the world's first space-based Star Trek art installation.
