Penta Appoints Kelly McGinnis to Board of Directors

McGinnis brings decades of experience leading corporate affairs, communications, and stakeholder engagement for global brands.

McGinnis currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Communications Officer at Levi Strauss & Co., where she oversees global communications, government affairs, and community affairs. At LS&Co., she has strengthened the company’s reputation and elevated its cultural relevance with investors, employees, policymakers, and consumers.

Previously, McGinnis led global communications at Dell, and earlier held senior roles at FleishmanHillard, AxiCom, and WPP, as well as in‑house positions at digital‑first and Fortune 500 companies across multiple sectors. She brings deep industry knowledge, a purpose‑driven leadership approach, and a strong growth mindset to Penta. Throughout her career, she has guided organizations through pivotal periods of transformation and helped accelerate growth
