Zack Decker

Zack is a Senior Director at Penta, where he has worked since early 2022, helping clients understand their reputation among key audiences and providing strategic recommendations to enhance their effectiveness in Washington. Passionate about policy design and public opinion, he enjoys exploring the questions that shape both politics and policy. His multifaceted background spans government affairs, corporate strategy, and public engagement, making him a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex policy landscapes.

Before joining Penta, Zack represented the wholesale baking industry at the American Bakers Association (ABA), where he served as a lobbyist advocating on trade, ingredient availability, and food and COVID-19 policies. He studied at Coe College and earned a Master of Public Policy (MPP) from Pepperdine University. Originally from Minnesota, Zack enjoys meeting new people and, in his free time, loves to play tennis.
