As Managing Director of Penta’s International Financial Services Practice, Ciara leverages her extensive experience in both the private and public sectors to provide strategic communications, political, and tactical regulatory advice to financial services clients across key global markets. She is recognised for her expertise in aligning client business needs with effective campaigns that navigate complex national and international environments.

Prior to joining Penta, Ciara worked for over a decade at the European Central Bank and the Central Bank of Ireland. During her tenure, she led numerous high-profile projects at both national and European levels, successfully communicating complex economic and financial concepts to diverse stakeholder groups.
