Alex Bluestone

Alex is the Managing Director, Industry, at Penta Intelligence and is fluent in the needs and challenges of C-level communications professionals. He has over a decade of experience working in reputation-focused roles in both the public and private sectors, from the White House to Whitehall, as well as advising the world’s most complex corporations.

Prior to joining Penta Group, Alex was the Vice President, Strategic Partnerships at alva. In 2019, he was Program Director for the Future Sustainability Summit, a CEO and Heads of State gathering. Since the beginning of his career, he has emphasized the integration of sustainability practices in business decision-making, helping the private sector navigate this increasingly important facet of operations. His public sector experience coupled with years of advising leading blue-chips and stints in political campaigning and polling gives him a distinct perspective to stakeholder relations.

Alex holds a master’s in public administration from the London School of Economics (merit) and a bachelor’s degree in political science with concentrations in environmental policy and rhetoric from Washington University in Saint Louis (magna cum laude). He also holds several certifications, including as an ESG and Sustainability Practitioner by the Chartered Management Institute and Centre for Sustainability Excellence.
