Kelly comes to Penta having a proven track record of leading large-scale agencies in both organizational innovation, as well as high-profile client acquisition and retention.

Most recently, TJ Kelly served as president of the Western Region at Burson, where he played a key role in supporting clients across corporate affairs, brand and technology. In this capacity, Kelly drove strategic initiatives that reinforced Burson’s commitment to delivering integrated solutions in an evolving marketplace. Prior to his time at Burson, Kelly spent 13 years at Edelman in various executive roles, where he was instrumental in building the agency’s digital capabilities and leading some of Edelman’s largest global clients. As EVP of digital, technology and financial services, the culminating role of his 13-year tenure at Edelman, Kelly led initiatives that drove digital transformation and growth for clients across global sectors.
