Penta Group bolsters West Coast leadership with hire of Dan La Russo as Senior Partner
SAN FRANCISCO (23 June 2025): Penta Group, the world's first full-scale stakeholder solutions firm, today announced that Dan La Russo has joined the company as a senior partner, based on the West Coast. La Russo comes to Penta after 25 years at Ogilvy where he most recently served as Group Managing Director, Ogilvy Mid + West.

La Russo has spent his career with Ogilvy, starting in the firm’s Denver office before moving to New York and San Francisco, where he has been based for the past 11 years. During his tenure at Ogilvy he worked across public relations, crisis management, social, brand, advertising and more - helping develop integrated marketing campaigns across a range of industries. His collaborative approach has helped deliver award-winning PR, brand, advertising and social campaigns for enterprise clients acros a range of industries.
