Biography
Shiraz is the managing director of the Agri-food department in Penta’s Brussels office. She is an accomplished public affairs professional with nearly a decade of experience in the E.U. bubble, specializing in project management and providing strategic advice to clients operating in highly-regulated sectors, with a primary focus on the agri-food, chemicals, and international trade industries.
As a skilled public affairs professional, Shiraz is well-versed in navigating the complex landscape of E.U. regulations and policies. She understands the intricacies of working within the E.U. institutions and has a deep knowledge of the legislative processes and decision-making procedures. This enables her to effectively advocate for her clients’ interests and provide valuable insights and strategic guidance.
Previously, she worked at the Mission of Israel to the E.U., defending the existing E.U.- Israel agreements and working to enhance bilateral trade and investments. She gained expertise in a range of portfolios, representing different sectors, promoting their interests, and securing E.U. market access. She has significant experience lobbying European Institutions as a third-country representative and working with external stakeholders to build coalitions and alliances.
