WASHINGTON, D.C., March 3, 2026 — Penta Group announced today the appointments of Chelsea Gibson as Chief Financial Officer and Casey Foss as Chief Growth Officer. The pair join Penta's leadership team as the firm builds on its recent growth, following investment by Shamrock Capital last year.

Gibson brings over 20 years of experience spanning finance and business strategy. She most recently served as CFO at the compliance firm 3E, and previously held the same position at Industry Dive, where she played a key role in the company's sale to Informa. As Chief Financial Officer at Penta, she will work closely with leadership to drive revenue growth across the firm's expanding portfolio.

"Penta has built a differentiated business with a strong financial foundation and a model positioned for scalable growth," said Gibson. "I look forward to partnering with the leadership team to strengthen financial strategy, enhance operational discipline, and support continued value creation for our clients."

Casey Foss joins Penta as Chief Growth Officer with more than 20 years of experience building and scaling high-growth, tech-enabled services organizations. She has led brand, commercial, and innovation functions through periods of rapid expansion—establishing predictable revenue engines and designing operating models that enable sustainable growth. As CGO, she will oversee commercial strategy, aligning Penta's platform, narrative, and go-to-market execution with Partners across the firm to accelerate growth.

"Penta has a powerful and increasingly relevant platform at a time when organizations are navigating unprecedented stakeholder complexity," Foss said. "I'm excited to partner with the talented leaders who have built such a strong platform and unlock its full potential. By bringing greater clarity to our market narrative and cohesion to our commercial approach, we can translate the strength of our platform into even greater client impact and accelerated growth."

The firm also announced a series of Senior Partner and Partner promotions, bolstering Penta's consultant leadership as it enters its next phase of growth. Bryan DeAngelis and Lauren Wolfson have been made Senior Partners, while Eamonn Lawler, Mark MacGregor, and Victoria Nolte have been promoted to Partner.

"Today's announcements reflect the continued growth of our leadership team with seasoned external expertise and the exceptional talent we have developed internally," said Penta CEO Matt McDonald. "Chelsea and Casey each bring commercial expertise and collaborative instincts that reflect the best parts of our culture and will help guide our next chapter. At the same time, our senior leadership and Partner appointments underscore the depth of talent within Penta and reaffirm that investing in our people remains central to who we are as a firm."
