Biography
Victoria Nolte is a Partner at Penta Group's Washington DC office, where she leads research-driven advisory engagements for companies and trade associations operating in complex policy environments across the United States and the European Union. She brings deep expertise in policymaker insight, stakeholder analysis, and reputation strategy, helping clients translate data into actionable strategies that strengthen advocacy and inform high-stakes decision-making.
Victoria works across industries, with particular experience supporting organizations in highly regulated sectors including energy, healthcare, and financial services. She partners with executive leadership, government affairs, and communications teams to better understand the policymakers who shape their operating environment and to position clients more effectively in competitive and politically dynamic landscapes.
Before joining Penta in 2017, Victoria supported economic research initiatives with the London School of Economics and Palgrave Macmillan, building a foundation in rigorous analytical methods that continues to inform her client work today. Victoria holds a master’s degree in economic history from the London School of Economics and a bachelor’s degree in international politics from Jacobs University Bremen.
