Sehare Hemani

Sehare Hemani thrives on untangling complex business objectives through primary research methodologies. She centers her research perspective on understanding people beyond their job titles, consumer behaviors, political ideologies, etc. to build an understanding of their emotional and functional drivers. As a Senior Director, she brings that research philosophy along with experience in distilling insights into a strategy, to help clients at Penta effectively define the landscape they serve and how they succeed. Her prior research experience has informed the brand strategy and product design for organizations in the healthcare, life sciences, and technology sectors.

Sehare received her B.A. in Mass Communications from UCLA and a Master of Public Policy degree from the University of Chicago. A self-described nomad who was born in Pakistan, Sehare currently lives in Washington, D.C.
