## Biography

Micah is an EVP, Client Strategy, at Penta, where he works with new clients to better understand and manage key stakeholder groups. Micah has advised brands and products at the most senior level using data, insights, and a perspective of what’s happening today and what’s next.

Prior to joining Penta, Micah led Strategy & Research engagements at Media.Monks, where he specialized in consulting enterprise technology companies on product innovation and marketing strategy.

Micah was a founding member of Decode_M, where he developed the Analytics practice, and advised the portfolio of clients on business strategy. He also led the Analytics team at Blue State Digital (now called Blue State), a creative agency and technology company best known for its work on the 2008 and 2012 Obama campaigns. At Blue State, he helped several prominent nonprofits, advocacy organizations, and brands build best-in-class digital campaigns.

Clients and teammates alike depend on Micah for knowing the latest trends, rapidly uncovering seemingly impossible-to-find information, and applying rigorous thinking to complex problems. Micah is a New York City native, and received his bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College.
