Biography
Greta Frost is a Senior Director at Penta, where she advises senior corporate and association clients on how policymakers perceive their advocacy and reputation in Washington, D.C. As part of the client services team, she helps organizations translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies, drawing on Penta’s qualitative, quantitative, and media analytics tools. Her work spans healthcare, manufacturing, and energy, with a focus on how policymakers engage with and regulate these sectors and how data science can enhance government affairs strategy.
Before joining Penta (formerly Ballast Research) in 2022, Greta worked in economic policy, political research, and campaign strategy. She previously served as a Senior Strategy Associate at EMC Research, conducting research for political campaigns, government agencies, and corporate clients, and earlier worked as a legislative aide in the Ohio House and Senate, advising on healthcare, taxation, and workforce development.
Greta holds an MA in Economics and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Youngstown State University.
