As part of the acquisition, FIO360 founder Adam Weiss joins Penta as Partner, based in Washington, D.C.
The acquisition strengthens Penta’s corporate affairs and stakeholder intelligence capabilities, expanding the firm’s ability to help clients manage risk, protect reputations, and advance business priorities in complex operating environments.
